Quotes and validity

  • Product and goods quotes are valid for 7 days unless a written quote states otherwise.
  • Logistics and freight quotes are valid for 3 days unless a written quote states otherwise.
  • Prices may change after the validity period because of fabric costs, exchange rates, labor, decoration method, packing, shipping route, fuel, customs conditions, or other market changes.
  • Final pricing depends on confirmed product, SKU, fabric, GSM, color, size mix, quantity, decoration method, artwork, packaging, destination, shipping terms, and deadline.

Order confirmation and production

Before bulk production starts, customers must confirm all key order details, including style, SKU, fabric, GSM, color, size breakdown, quantity, logo or artwork, decoration method, labels, packaging, shipping terms, destination, final invoice or pro forma invoice, and timeline.

Production begins only after the agreed confirmation process, payment terms, and production details are accepted.

Customer-provided artwork and intellectual property

The customer represents and warrants that any logos, trademarks, artwork, text, designs, brand names, patterns, labels, images, or other materials provided to YTTWEAR are legally owned by the customer or properly licensed for production.

YTTWEAR does not verify, investigate, or guarantee whether customer-provided materials infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold YTTWEAR harmless from any claims, customs detention, shipment seizure, platform complaints, legal notices, penalties, product destruction, delivery delays, additional costs, damages, losses, or liabilities caused by customer-provided materials. These situations are not YTTWEAR quality issues and do not qualify for free remake, cancellation, refund, or compensation after production has started.

Website images, references, and notice process

YTTWEAR may display product photos, supplier photos, customer-provided references, garment mockups, color references, decoration examples, packaging references, icons, screenshots, editorial materials, and other visual content to explain apparel styles, fabric, color, decoration methods, production options, or business processes.

We make reasonable efforts to use self-produced, authorized, licensed, supplier-provided, customer-provided, public-reference, or otherwise permissible materials. Some visual content is provided for reference or illustration only and does not imply that YTTWEAR owns every third-party mark, image, design, character, artwork, logo, trade dress, or other protected material shown on the website.

Any third-party brand name, logo, artwork, image, or reference shown on the website remains the property of its respective owner. Unless expressly stated in writing, such display does not mean endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, agency, distributor status, or commercial affiliation between YTTWEAR and that third party.

If you are a rights owner or authorized representative and believe that website content infringes your copyright, trademark, design right, publicity right, privacy right, or other legal right, please contact us at [email protected] with the page URL, image URL or screenshot, identification of the protected work or right, proof of ownership or authorization, your contact details, and the action you request.

After reasonable review, YTTWEAR may remove, replace, disable access to, update attribution for, or otherwise adjust the relevant content. Any such action is taken for practical resolution and does not constitute an admission of infringement, wrongdoing, liability, or fault.

Color, size, and production tolerance

Apparel production may include normal industry tolerance. Reasonable color difference, fabric batch variation, handfeel variation, measurement tolerance, screen display difference, and decoration position tolerance are not automatically considered quality defects.

Customer errors in artwork, color references, size charts, approved proofs, shipping information, or confirmed order details are the customer responsibility.

Quality issue handling

If a confirmed issue is caused by YTTWEAR quality or workmanship, we may offer repair, remake, replacement, discount, partial credit, or another commercially reasonable solution depending on the issue, quantity, order status, and evidence provided.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YTTWEAR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost sales, campaign delay, platform penalties, brand claims, downstream customer claims, or loss of profit, unless expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Force majeure and third-party delays

YTTWEAR is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, conflict, strikes, port congestion, customs inspection, logistics company delay, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, supply chain interruption, payment platform issues, network failure, or other third-party service problems.

When such events occur, we will try to communicate updates and find practical alternatives where possible.
