Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
YTTWEAR return, refund, cancellation, sample, production, quality issue, and customer artwork responsibility rules for B2B apparel orders.
Sample returns
- Blank samples may be returned if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in reasonable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for blank sample returns.
- Custom samples are made according to customer requirements and are not eligible for return or refund.
Bulk order cancellation and refund stage
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the production stage and the written order agreement.
- Before fabric cutting or material processing starts, cancellation may be reviewed, but already incurred costs may be deducted, including logistics, warehousing, sorting, material sourcing, sample work, artwork handling, banking fees, and other preparation costs.
- After fabric cutting, material processing, printing, embroidery, labeling, packaging, or production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If the customer cancels after production has started, deposits are non-refundable because materials, labor, and production capacity have already been committed.
YTTWEAR quality issues
If an issue is confirmed to be caused by YTTWEAR quality, workmanship, or production error, we are willing to provide a commercially reasonable solution such as remake, repair, replacement, discount, partial credit, or other agreed remedy.
The solution depends on the nature of the issue, affected quantity, order status, evidence provided, and practical production or shipping options.
Situations not treated as quality issues
- Reasonable color difference, fabric batch variation, screen display difference, and normal production tolerance.
- Reasonable size or measurement tolerance unless a written tolerance standard was agreed.
- Customer-provided wrong artwork, file, logo, color reference, size chart, packing instruction, shipping information, or approved proof.
- Customer changes after confirmation or delayed confirmation that affects timing.
- Third-party logistics delay, customs inspection, import restrictions, or force majeure events.
Artwork, trademark, and infringement responsibility
The customer represents and warrants that the customer has the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, texts, labels, images, designs, or brand materials submitted to YTTWEAR.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if customer materials cause infringement claims, customs detention, shipment seizure, product destruction, platform complaints, penalties, legal costs, delays, or other losses, the customer is responsible for all related costs, losses, liabilities, and consequences, and agrees to indemnify and hold YTTWEAR harmless. Such cases do not qualify for cancellation, refund, free remake, or compensation from YTTWEAR.
How to raise a claim
Customers should contact YTTWEAR promptly with order details, photos, videos, affected quantity, packaging condition, measurements where relevant, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the claim and propose a practical response based on the evidence and order terms.
