Shipping Policy
How YTTWEAR discusses shipping terms, freight quotes, production handoff, customs, logistics delays, and international delivery for B2B apparel orders.
Supported shipping terms
YTTWEAR can discuss EXW, FOB, DAP, and DDP depending on destination, order scope, route, carrier availability, and customer requirements. Final shipping terms must be confirmed in the quotation, pro forma invoice, or written order agreement.
Freight quote validity
Logistics quotes are valid for 3 days unless stated otherwise. Freight costs may change due to route availability, fuel, carrier pricing, exchange rates, customs conditions, peak season, port congestion, or courier updates.
Production and shipping timeline
Any delivery timeline depends on confirmed product details, sample approval, artwork approval, payment, production capacity, QC, packing, booking availability, customs clearance, and final destination.
If no firm shipping time is expressly confirmed, any timeline shown on the website should be treated as an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Customs, duties, and documentation
Import duties, taxes, customs inspections, local compliance requirements, delivery restrictions, and destination-country charges may apply. Responsibility depends on the agreed shipping term. Customers must provide accurate consignee, destination, tax, import, and clearance information when required.
Third-party logistics and delays
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YTTWEAR is not responsible for delays, extra costs, detention, seizure, return, destruction, or loss caused by inaccurate customer information, customs decisions, intellectual property issues, import restrictions, carrier delays, port congestion, force majeure, or other events outside our reasonable control.
